Jill Lenzen graduated from Western Illinois University in 2001 with a major in Biology and obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in 2004. She has worked in a variety of outpatient orthopedic settings and home health care. She received specialized training through the Herman and Wallace Institute for Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation specializes in pelvic floor conditions She is also an ACE Certified Nutrition Specialist and enjoys helping clients to live a more healthy and balanced lifestyle. Jill has always been an avid fitness enthusiast and started competing in NPC Bodybuilding Competitions in the Bikini Division in 2018. She has competed in five National Physique Committee competitions. In her most recent competition in May of 2024, she placed first in both of her Masters Divisions. Jill is married and has three beautiful children, a son and twin daughters to keep her on her toes! Jill started B3 Fitness as way to encompass her skills in exercise, nutrition and physical rehabilitation. She is thrilled to offer custom coaching in both nutrition and strength training to help clients meet their goals.

How can I pay for my program?
You can pay on the app via PayPal or you can private message to use you health reimbursement card or flex spending account.
Will my pictures be shared on social media?
NO! All information remains on the app. No pictures or personal information will be shared on social media unless you specifically consent.
What are macros and how do I track them?
Macronutrients are your proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. These nutrients are what make up the caloric content of food. This is how we get energy. Fat provides 9 calories per gram while carbohydrates and protein supply 4 calories per gram. This is how we figure out the calories in a food source. I will give you these numbers as well as total calories each week on the app. These are custom for you! You will learn to track these amounts on the app. When you reach your goal weight, you will be independent with tracking macro targets so weight loss is maintained!
Do you offer refunds?
No. Once payment is made, no refunds are given.
Will my personal training package ever expire?
Please ensure that if you sign up for a personal training packages that you intend on completing it. All unused packages will expire after 6 months.
