This program is strictly training at home. It is designed to kick start your muscle building and get you stronger! You will need resistance bands and dumbbells of various weights. All programs are customized to each client based on goals and training style. This program is great for those just starting out who want to get comfortable with weight training or advanced lifters who want to kick things up a notch! Clients will have bi-weekly check-ins if they choose. Training programs are changed every 6 weeks based on progress and consistency. Message to use your health reimbursement card or flex spending account for payment.
