This program is strictly training. It is designed for those who have access to a commercial gym. All programs are customized to each client based on goals. This program is great for those just starting out who want to get comfortable in a gym atmosphere or advanced lifters who want to kick things up a notch! Clients will have bi-weekly check-ins if they choose. Training programs are changed every 6 weeks based on progress and consistency.
